Empower student-athletes to stay in school and support themselves financially, while also providing guidance on financial awareness from our volunteer group of CPAs and attorneys.

Encourage student-athlete personal growth and support civic and charitable involvement, specifically youth organizations.

Build relationships between student-athletes, Iowa State, and the Central Iowa community.

The We Will Collective, a 501(c)(3) organization, supports student-athletes who share our Cyclones' passion and encourages them to contribute to the community. By utilizing their NIL, we believe athletes can enhance their character and make a positive impact on society. The We Will Collective embodies our Cyclones' values while thriving in the new era of college athletics, aiming to do well by doing good together.

As a 501(c)3, we’re governed by a volunteer board. Our team is made up of Iowa State alums and former staff, who give their time, energy, and resources to help We Will Collective become a force for good in our community. Yes! We received tax-exempt status in May of 2022. Our EIN is 88-1849753.

Yes! You can donate online, mail checks, or even donate stock or gifts of grain, and we will be able to offer you a tax receipt.

We are excited to help players bring recognition to causes they care about, helping Iowa’s charitable organizations find needed help and growing the character of student athletes. This year we have worked with over a dozen central Iowa non-profits.

We believe that we can do good in Iowa and help Iowa State as well. There’s no avoiding that NIL opportunities are attractive to students. We want to make those opportunities available for work that makes Iowa better and Iowa State student athletes more engaged in their community.

This non-profit works hand-in-hand with our We Will Collective Club partner. Each invests over 90 percent of funds to Cyclone student-athletes. Donations are tax-deductible to our non-profit, while memberships to the We Will Club are not. Please consult a tax professional for official guidance.

Name, image, and likeness is the new ruling by the NCAA for student-athletes to leverage and profit from their NIL. Athletes can now partner with organizations and businesses to build their respective brands.

Our organization was formed by Iowa Staters with deep roots in the Iowa State Family. Our goal is to empower student-athletes to use resources and opportunities and help our university gain a competitive advantage by supporting those that choose to be Cyclones.

We are a separate organization, but the official NIL group that works with and has the support of the Iowa State administration.

Our organization partners with and is tied to the We Will Collective, which was founded to pair Iowa State student-athletes and Iowa non-profits and maintains a 501c3 status. The We Will Club is in addition to their work and both groups support Iowa State student athletes by investing over 90 percent of funds contributed to Iowa State student-athletes.
