We have known the value that student-athletes provide to Iowa’s nonprofits since the founding members experienced volunteerism as players. This kind of volunteerism builds character and commitment to Iowa’s values.
As a collective, we can make sure that nonprofits have access to student-athletes by compensating the student-athletes for their time for community engagement.
